  • Europe Regional Analyst - Midshift*
  • Responsibilities:
    iJET's Watch Operations provides actionable, time-sensitive intelligence to help clients mitigate threats against human and physical assets around the globe. The Europe Regional Analyst will write time-sensitive situation reports and alerts relevant to our intelligence requirements for the Europe Region. He/She will also liaise with clients, respond to inquiries and provide guidance as required. Shift work consisting of four 12-hour shifts per week (9:00 PM - 9:00 AM).

    Education and Certifications:
    Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant intelligence analysis experience or a M.S. or M.S. plus equivalent combination of education and relevant intelligence analysis experience.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • International travel and/or expatriate experience within the Europe region
    • Familiarity with transportation systems, security issues, and other operational risk concerns to international organizations
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Multi-tasking skills with the ability to work effectively under definitive timelines
    • Computer proficiency including MS Office Suite
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to organize and prioritize work with little supervision
    • Analytical ability

    Preferred Job-Related Qualifications:

  • Watch Operations Manager - Midshift*

    Responsibilities:
    Serve as a an intelligence analyst/reporter to support the company’s 24/7 mission from its North America Intelligence Operations Center in Annapolis, Md. iJET's Watch Operations provides actionable, time-sensitive intelligence to help clients mitigate threats against human and physical assets around the globe. As a Watch Operations Manager, you will manage and coordinate all production activities on your shift. You will assign resources to ensure thorough 24/7 global monitoring and reporting. You will write time-sensitive situation reports and alerts as well perform quality assurance and editing of intelligence products and provide feedback to other analysts. You will liaise with clients, respond to inquiries and provide guidance as required. Shift work consisting of four 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).

    Education and Certifications:
    Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant intelligence analysis

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • International travel and expatriate experience
    • Excellent oral (including telephone), written and interpersonal communications skills
    • Familiarity with transportation systems, security issues, and other operational risk concerns to international organizations
    • Computer proficiency including MS Office Suite
    • Multi-tasking skills, attention to detail and the ability to produce on deadline are essential

    Preferred Job-Related Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of business continuity, supply chains, emergency management or incident support
    • Competency in at least one foreign language
    Years of Experience Needed:
     4 – 6 years of related experience preferred

  • WC24/Crisis Call Center Coordinator*

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    •  Crisis Call Center (WC24) Coordinator
      • Receive inbound calls to various hotlines regarding crisis situations
      • Triage callers appropriately to corporate contacts
      • Provide assistance to callers, giving advice or phone numbers needed
      • Develop and deliver to clients daily and monthly call reports
      • Participate in new employee training as well as cross training with analytic staff
    • Customer Service Representative
      • Act as a direct point of contact for iJET customers
      • Provide timely responses to questions regarding products and services
      • Communicate effectively by any vehicle necessary to solve callers inquiry (i.e., telephone, email, fax, or internet)
      • Follow-up questions and concerns until inquiry has been completely resolved
      • Escalate appropriately when issue cannot be resolved within one business day or is beyond the expertise of the responder

    Education/Experience: 

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience required
    • International studies, travel, call center and/or expatriate experience required

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Exposure to an inbound call center environment
    • Interest in Open Source Intelligence Operations and potential cross training
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills
    • Well-developed sense of judgment, critical thinking, analytical and interpersonal skills
    • Familiarity with transportation systems, security issues, and other operational risk concerns to international organizations
    • Multi-tasking skills, attention to detail and the ability to produce on deadline and sound time management skills are essential

    Preferred Job-Related Qualifications:

    • Enterprise-wide view of operational risk: understand executive protection, K&R, assault, integrity and legal issues, security and medical response capabilities, regulations such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, communications (call center, notification, etc.)
    • Experience in a crisis response or emergency management call center environment a plus

    Unique job-related characteristics, skills, experience, software, etc. needed:

    • Must be proficient with Microsoft XP Professional Operating System with experience using PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
    • Must be ‘technology savvy’ in general
    • Experience with web-based data entry systems required
    • Experience with call center technology such as UCN a plus
    • Candidates may be asked to pass a background check as well as writing and technology aptitude screenings as a condition of employment
    • Shift work is a requirement for this position
