    Summary Description
    This position is responsible for overall administrative support for the iJET Professional Services Group (PSG). The PSG is a fast growing component of the overall iJET business and is responsible for all services delivery within the company including iJET custom system implementations, bespoke analysis and assessments, iJET University, and other client-driven projects. This position will support the President of the company and the PSG Program Management Office (PMO). This support will range from supporting standard, periodic business processes for business development, timekeeping, and contract initiation and client deliverables to ad hoc requirements for meetings, client/prospect visits, and other administrative tasks. This position will be the primary support for proposal and deliverable document production using commercial word processing and document production tools. This production support will require solid writing skills to contribute and review the work of others.

    Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
    • Assist with various administrative duties for the President and project team.
    • Formatting and production of Proposals and other deliverable documents.
    • Coordinate internal/external meetings including communications and scheduling of facilities.
    • Coordinating and production of collateral for various external meetings and training seminars.
    • Handling and processing expense vouchers and direct charges on contracts
    • Maintenance and creation of excel spreadsheets.
    • Sort and distribute office mail for department.

    Education/Experience:

  • Intelligence Analysts – Weekend and Overnight Shifts Available

    iJET International is seeking intelligence analysts to support the company’s 24/7 mission from its North America Intelligence Operations Center in Annapolis, MD. iJET's regional intelligence teams provide actionable, time-sensitive information to help clients mitigate threats against employees and assets around the globe.

    As an analyst, you will engage in thorough daily monitoring and reporting, handle hotline calls, and write time-sensitive alerts and situation reports. You will liaise with clients, respond to specific inquiries and advise staff deployed abroad under diverse circumstances. Shift work is required.

    Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience;
    • Significant previous international travel to, or period of residency, abroad (Asia preferred);
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills;
    • Familiarity with major urban transportation systems, airports and road networks in order to evaluate incident impact;
    • Exceptional multi-tasking skills, attention to detail and the ability to produce on tight deadlines essential;
    • Working knowledge of at least one foreign language required;
    • Knowledge of energy sector, business continuity, emergency management or incident support is preferred, but will train the right candidate.

    Specific Duties:

    • Scan major global news sources and other daily feeds for tactical alert reporting and/or location database creation and updates (standard intelligence);
    • Answer hotline calls for the duration of daily shift;
    • Monitor with an emphasis on security and transportation issues, especially those incidents or issues that adversely affect travel or fixed assets;
    • Work in conjunction with iJET’s US-based regional managers to ensure proper coverage during overnight and weekend hours; coordinate with overseas regional analysts throughout shift;
    • Overnight shifts are 12-hours long; four shifts back-to-back followed by four days off (dedicated “mid” shift rotations last for a maximum of six months before the employee returns to day shift duty for agreed upon period); shift differential pay applies to mid shifts for full-time employees;
    • Weekend shifts are 9am-9pm (commitment need not be every weekend)
  • Marketing Communications Manager

    Summary Description

    Under the direction of the Director of Marketing Communications, the Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for assisting with the development and execution of a focused marketing and communications strategy to increase awareness of the company brand and offerings in support of winning and sustaining business.  The manager is an integral part of the team, which includes the Product Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer, and Director.

    The Marketing Communications Manager has a wide range of marketing responsibilities.  He/She works closely with internal departments such as sales, client and professional services, and business development to drive and support:

  • Summary Description

    This position will be reporting to the VP of Software Development working as member of iJET’s software development group.  The developer will work with the development team to develop various web-based applications to be used by IJet’s clients.  The position will be a combination of maintenance and new development work using Java. 

    Essential Duties/Responsibilities

    • Provide support to existing systems.
    • Work on the development of new systems.
    • Provide support for production deployments.
    • Troubleshoot production issues.
    • Work with other business units to develop requirements for new systems.

    Education/Experience

    • Requires BS in computer science or related field. 
    • Must have over 4 years Java Programming experience with J2EE technologies with a focus on web services.

    • Must be able to develop code using Java, J2EE/Web Services and SQL.

Senior ASM develops, delivers against and adjusts an account plan for each assigned account, monitoring for reliable and timely delivery of services as well as client satisfaction and understanding of iJET capabilities/value. Senior ASM tracks and reports against account plan objectives, facilitating account reviews and other meetings to analyze
    value of current services; assess future needs; and pursue revenue generating opportunities. The Senior ASM maintains current knowledge of company strategies, services and product roadmap.

    Essential Duties

    • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts through the full account lifecycle (implementation, maintenance and growth)
    • Develop, measure and report on account plan for each assigned account, with solutions-oriented focus on service delivery and account growth
    • Routinely monitor and assess quality of service delivery and overall client satisfaction; coordinate internal resources to address client needs
    • Pursue revenue generating opportunities in alignment with client needs
    • Lead clients through regular review of services, progress against stated goals and identification of next steps in account development/growth

    This position is responsible for developing web applications for government and commercial organizations. The developer will work at iJET to complete projects required, but may be required to commute to government/commercial sites on an as-needed basis.

    Translate customer functional requirements, develop web applications to meet satisfy those requirements, and deliver applications on time and within budget.

    Education Requirements

    4-year degree in a related technology field is desired, but not required. Special consideration will be given to applicants with an advanced degree.

    3+ years experience developing web applications.
