Director of Account Management
Under the direction of the Senior Vice President of Client Services and Marketing, the Director of Account Management (Director) leads a team of account management professionals charged with client retention and growth. Director guides and implements a structured, solution-based approach to account development. Director provides day-to-day oversight of the team: defining processes, facilitating employee training, and providing support for account managers to ensure client satisfaction and growth across existing client base. Working with internal stakeholders, Director will introduce and facilitate a process for creating and delivering against strategic account plans. The Director utilizes knowledge of iJET’s company direction, product/solution offerings and understanding of iJET resources to leverage internal stakeholders in service of account development and growth. Director may serve as Strategic Account Manager for select iJET clients, to exhibit best practices through example.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as manager of Client Services team, providing practical and strategic guidance for employee development
- Oversee transition of team -- away from a focus on issue definition and resolution to a solutions-based approach to account development
- Ensure that Strategic Business Plan and Account Plans are in place for largest and most strategic clients
- Supervise contract fulfillment and renewal process, driving 90% or greater annual revenue retention
- Oversee regular client satisfaction survey and results reporting

Intelligence Analysts – Weekend and Overnight Shifts Available
iJET International is seeking intelligence analysts to support the company’s 24/7 mission from its North America Intelligence Operations Center in Annapolis, MD. iJET's regional intelligence teams provide actionable, time-sensitive information to help clients mitigate threats against employees and assets around the globe.
As an analyst, you will engage in thorough daily monitoring and reporting, handle hotline calls, and write time-sensitive alerts and situation reports. You will liaise with clients, respond to specific inquiries and advise staff deployed abroad under diverse circumstances. Shift work is required.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience;
- Significant previous international travel to, or period of residency, abroad (Asia preferred);
- Excellent oral and written communications skills;
- Familiarity with major urban transportation systems, airports and road networks in order to evaluate incident impact;
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills, attention to detail and the ability to produce on tight deadlines essential;
- Working knowledge of at least one foreign language required;
- Knowledge of energy sector, business continuity, emergency management or incident support is preferred, but will train the right candidate.
Specific Duties:
- Scan major global news sources and other daily feeds for tactical alert reporting and/or location database creation and updates (standard intelligence);
- Answer hotline calls for the duration of daily shift;
- Monitor with an emphasis on security and transportation issues, especially those incidents or issues that adversely affect travel or fixed assets;
- Work in conjunction with iJET’s US-based regional managers to ensure proper coverage during overnight and weekend hours; coordinate with overseas regional analysts throughout shift;
- Overnight shifts are 12-hours long; four shifts back-to-back followed by four days off (dedicated “mid” shift rotations last for a maximum of six months before the employee returns to day shift duty for agreed upon period); shift differential pay applies to mid shifts for full-time employees;
- Weekend shifts are 9am-9pm (commitment need not be every weekend)
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
This position is responsible for being the first point of contact for visitors to iJET’s location at 910 Bestgate Road and will deal with a diverse group of external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. In addition, they will perform administrative duties such as typing, filing, coordinating of meetings and conferences, clerical assistance to Human Resources, and answering non-routine correspondence.
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities-
Serve as the Receptionist for 910 Bestgate Road.
- Assist with various administrative duties for the CFO and Professional Services.
- Coordinate internal meetings including communications, reservations, and logistics preparation (stocking of supplies and ordering of meals).
- Coordinate Corporate Apartment schedule and maintenance needs.
- Responsible for corporate credit card orders/authorization/signing.
- Coordinating and production of collateral for various external meetings and training seminars.
- Assist Human Resources department with miscellaneous tasks and projects including: data entry of new hires, issuing stock certificates, filing, and revising the corporate telephone list.
- Sort and distribute office mail.
- Maintains inventory of sales collateral folders.
- Order and maintain inventory of all office supplies.
- Ordering of business cards.
- Responsible for maintaining orderly and professional appearance of office and common areas.

Senior Account Services Manager (Sr. ASM)
Under the direction of the Director of Account Management, the Senior Account Services Manager (Senior ASM) serves as the primary point of contact for all assigned accounts, responsible for the full lifecycle of the account relationship with iJET. Senior ASM develops, delivers against and adjusts an account plan for each assigned account, monitoring for reliable and timely delivery of services as well as client satisfaction and understanding of iJET capabilities/value. Senior ASM tracks and reports against account plan objectives, facilitating account reviews and other meetings to analyze value of current services; assess future needs; and pursue revenue-generating opportunities. The Senior ASM maintains current knowledge of company strategies, services and product roadmap.

Under the direction of the Director of Account Management, the Strategic Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for the development and growth of assigned accounts. With a focus on consultative solution selling, the SAM develops and executes against a strategic account plan for each assigned account. As primary business contact for client, the SAM leverages an understanding of iJET’s company direction, product/solution offerings and capabilities to guide an evolving solution set for each client. The SAM utilizes a team approach to developing clients, tapping iJET executives, subject matter experts and service delivery colleagues to drive client satisfaction and long-term growth of the client relationship. SAM delivers billable services to client, as agreed by iJET and client.
