William M. Gibson
Chairman. Managing Partner, The Albermarle Group
Mr. Gibson is a software and supply chain veteran with more than 25 years of experience delivering market-leading applications to Fortune 1000 companies. Mr. Gibson founded, built and grew Manugistics Group Inc. (NASDAQ: MANU), a leading provider of supply chain management and eMarketplace solutions. At Manugistics, Mr. Gibson served as Chairman of the Board from its founding in 1986 until February of 1999. In this leadership role he pioneered the creation of the supply chain market and was instrumental in helping Manugistics reach annual revenues in excess of $250 million, while employing more than 1,000 people at 29 offices around the world. Since retiring from Manugistics, Mr. Gibson has served as Managing Partner of The Albermarle Group, a privately held investment firm. Mr. Gibson earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Villanova’s College of Commerce and Finance in 1966. He also completed the Harvard Business School executive education program.


Stephen Hoffman
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Hoffman provides overall leadership to iJET, including strategic direction, planning and execution of the company's growth and development initiatives. He brings more than 28 years of senior leadership experience to the management team. Prior to joining iJET, he served as the CEO of Element K, a business-to-business learning business process outsourcing company, where he repositioned the company for consistent and sustainable market leadership. Element K was acquired by NIIT in 2006 and Mr. Hoffman subsequently oversaw the successful integration of the two companies. Prior to Element K, Mr. Hoffman served as the President and COO of Blackboard Inc., a leader in enterprise learning software, where he was instrumental in rapidly growing revenues and profits. Previously, Mr. Hoffman served as President and CEO of Sylvan Prometric (later, Prometric Thomson Learning), where he established the company as an industry leader as well as dramatically expanded the company's presence globally. Before joining Prometric, Mr. Hoffman served in senior management positions at Computer Task Group, an international provider of IT outsourcing and system integration services. Steve began his career with IBM. He holds a BA and MBA from the University of Rochester.


Graham Anderson
General Partner, EuclidSR Partners
Mr. Anderson is a General Partner at EuclidSR Partners, where he concentrates on enterprise software, the convergence of information technology and life sciences and specialty pharmaceutical investing. Prior to EuclidSR, Mr. Anderson worked at strategic consulting firm Salzinger & Company, where he served as a consultant to America Online’s Greenhouse Project, Image Technology Corporation (now network MCI Digital Imaging), CI Impressions Inc. and The Walt Disney Company. Previously, he practiced law at Susman Godfrey LLP. Mr. Anderson is a member of the Executive Council of New York’s Venture Advisory Board and serves on the Venture Capital Steering Committee of the Software and Information Industry Association, the Board of Directors of the Venture Investors Association of New York (VIANY) and is an active participant in software and information industry organizations. Mr. Anderson is a CFA Charterholder and a graduate of Yale College, the University of Glasgow and the Yale Law School.


Michael G. Bolton
Founding CEO, Managing Director, Novitas Capital
Mr. Bolton is the Founding CEO and Managing Director of Novitas Capital, where he guides the firm’s investment decisions and overall operations. Prior to joining the Novitas Capital funds, Michael held various technical and sales responsibilities at RCA and was senior executive at Lehigh University. While at Lehigh, he held various leadership positions related to fundraising, technology transfer, entrepreneurial assistance, and public and government relations. As the founding chief executive of the Ben Franklin Technology Center at Lehigh, and co-founder and a member of the Mid-Atlantic Venture Fund (Funds I and II), he has been an active participant in the venture capital community for approximately 25 years. Michael has served on the boards of many successful Novitas Capital companies, including AANetcom, which was acquired by PMS Sierra in 2006, and Orasure, which became public through a merger in 2002, and he now serves on the Board of Directors for many Novitas Capital companies. Michael holds a BA and MBA from Lehigh University.


BRUCE MCINDOE
President
Mr. McIndoe is a recognized leader in the risk management, travel and intelligence industries. As an iJET founder, Mr. McIndoe has been the key contributor to the company’s strategic growth, securing its position as a leader in business resiliency with the development of the Worldcue® Global Control Center. Prior to joining iJET, Mr. McIndoe was the founder and CEO of CSSI, an Inc. 500 and four-time Washington Technology FAST 50 company that developed software for the intelligence community. He also served as a lead architect on one of the most productive intelligence programs in the National Security Agency’s (NSA) history. He is a trustee of Allegheny College where he received a BS in Physics, and holds a MS in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University.


Peter Roberts
Partner, Longworth Venture Partners
Mr. Roberts brings 12 years of senior partner level venture capital experience to Longworth. Following seven years in commercial banking, he joined BancBoston Ventures’ London office in 1989. In 1993, he joined BancBoston Ventures’ early stage IT team in Boston and led its software investments for 8 years. During his tenure, he led and managed 25 investments including HTE, WayPoint, Internet Capital Group, Allaire, Silknet, Arbinet and WebCT. Mr. Roberts continues to leverage his enterprise software domain expertise at Longworth.
