Innovative Technology
iJET’s technology enables robust threat monitoring and early warning notifications for clients whose people, facilities or suppliers may be in harm’s way. Our Worldcue® Global Control Center business resiliency decision-support system is built on industry leading technology. iJET’s proprietary intelligence processing system, the Operations Work Center, was designed specifically for iJET’s intelligence gathering and analysis process. Together, these innovative systems support the risk management and resiliency initiatives at nearly 500 client organizations around the world.
iJET’s technology has earned three US patents and earned top awards from organizations and publications across the world, including Top Honors at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Open Source Conference 2008, a member of the Deloitte Maryland Technology Fast 50 Company list in 2007 and 2008, an Award Recipient of the Society for Government Travel Professionals (SGTP) and a Model of Excellence award from Infocommerce, among others.
Operations Work Center Technology
iJET’s Intelligence Operations Center has at its heart the proprietary, sophisticated intelligence processing system, the Operations Work Center (OWC). The OWC automates the intelligence work flow, from source management and collection through processing and analysis to reporting.
Data collected by the OWC is automatically entered into iJET’s analytic systems and tagged for the appropriate region and subject matter. This data is prioritized for analyst viewing. Analysts take into account the reliability of the source before using content collected during analysis. The analysts are the final source, as they combine their knowledge and experience with multiple, vetted sources of content to craft what iJET reports as actionable intelligence.
The electronic OWC workflow ensures a consistent process for intelligence. No product is disseminated without multiple verifications, ensuring validated, actionable intelligence for clients.
Dissemination is performed through our Worldcue platform, which automatically determines which clients and people should receive alerts and notifications, wherever they are, 24x7.
Worldcue Global Control Center
Intelligence from the Operations Work Center is distributed through iJET’s Worldcue® Global Control Center, which automatically determines which clients and people should receive alerts and notifications, where they are, 24x7. Worldcue provides corporate users with a single, integrated application for receiving real-time threat intelligence, accessing key employee and asset information and integrating response solutions tailored to individual client needs.
iJET's industry-leading Worldcue technology has earned two patents, in part because it was the first to electronically match real-time intelligence to traveler and asset profiles. With the technology, if a threat arises anywhere around the globe, corporations will know immediately which employees or assets are affected. Worldcue pulls data on clients’ employees, travelers, facilities and suppliers from in-house and third-party data sources into one centralized database of record. Worldcue tracks people – not just trips. This profile-centric approach to resiliency means an organization has a holistic view of the entire enterprise’s potentially affected personnel and assets, allowing it to monitor results over time.
Worldcue integrates the latest technology into the platform, including detailed satellite and mapping applications and mobile device capabilities. The scalability of iJET's patented technology system allows an expansion of service offeringsand continuous updates and enhancements. iJET's technology system was conceived and is managed by former government intelligence experts experienced in the development and implementation of cutting-edge intelligence and risk management technology.
